Dr. Jaffe specializes in cardiovascular disease. He attended Des Moines University, College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery and acquired his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine in 1997. From there, he completed his internship and residency at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL in 2000. He also completed his cardiology fellowship at the same hospital in 2003.
